Quickie Guide to My Women and Romance Posts

My week of blogging on the theme of the female in romance has come to its end, so I thought I would be a gracious hostess and create a quick reference post for those of you who missed something or didn’t realize the posts were all part of a larger discussion.

I don’t really have any grand conclusions to draw from what I examined over the course of the week.  So consider this “presented without comment”:

Is it more important to like the hero or the heroine in a romance?

Who are your favorite heroines?

Why do so many romances have wallflower heroines?

Are ordinary or extraordinary heroines better?

How do historical heroines work for modern readers?

Why are there no female cowards?
